What might it look like if we had a squad of policy and programme leads nationally that were devoted to supporting and sharing assets around how EPRs are optimised - not the governance and business stuff as much, but the know-how, the pathways, the documents, the design patterns.
Do you think there’s space for this, or do you think the vendor sponsored ‘user networks’ are doing enough here?
