Early discussions of our forum pointed to how critical it was that across the NHS and our suppliers, we learnt the value of design methods, and found a way of doing that successfully while including and allowing our care teams to drive the designing as far as possible.
Where are the bright lights here we can draw from? I’m aware of Sussex community, SABP gave it a good go, and more recently Iain O’Neil and co with the east midlands joint EPR programme for secondary care. AccuRx tried this as an operating model for a supplier too.
What assets or attempts do we have out there that we want to draw on, or do we think we need to almost start building out an NHS vision for how this works in our services - appreciating the differences from industry and government digital?
