1). repeating pathology in community settings
2). drug lists e.g. injectable immunosuppressants
3). ckd and patient disease groups
4). anything defined on an admission or with admission history e.g. severe athsma
5). interops across nhs sectors or geographies involving activity, treatments, diagnoses, symptoms, problems
And underneath this, a need to tidy up and harmonise across data structures from read to snomed to ICD10
